Order online any time. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery window.
We Pick & Pack
Your order is carefully picked and securely packed at our warehouse in Burnley, Lancashire. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of being placed (order cutoff 2pm).
Dispatched & Tracked
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time from our warehouse to your door.
Delivered to Your Door
Your soundproofing materials arrive safely at your address. Our couriers deliver to your doorstep — please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Scotland (Mainland)

Important Information
Kerbside Delivery
All deliveries are made to the door/front of your property. For heavy bulk orders, our couriers may be unable to carry products beyond this point. Please arrange help if needed.
Packaging & Protection
All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Bulk bags are palletised where possible. Smaller orders are shipped in heavy-duty sacks.
Someone Must Be In
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. If a delivery is missed, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Email sales@soundproofingshop.co.uk.
Bulk & Pallet Orders
Larger orders may be delivered on pallets via a different courier service. Delivery timeframes for pallet orders will be confirmed via email after placing your order.
Returns
