We want paying for your order to be simple, secure and transparent. This policy explains which payment methods we accept, how and when you are charged, and how your payment details are protected.
Accepted payment methods
You can pay for your order using any of the methods below. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout.

Payment methods we do not accept
To keep every order secure and traceable, we are unable to accept the following for online orders:
- PayPal
- Cheques or postal orders
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer
When you are charged
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order, through our secure checkout. We do not store your full card details on our website. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method, as set out in our Order Cancellation Policy.
Pricing, currency and VAT
All prices are shown and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include UK VAT at the current rate of 20%. Delivery is a flat £9.99 per UK order and is shown separately in your basket before you pay. There are no additional charges, surcharges or fees added after checkout — the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
How to pay
- Add the items you want to your basket.
- Proceed to the secure checkout when you are ready.
- Choose your payment method and enter your details.
- Review your order total, including the £9.99 delivery charge, before confirming.
All transactions are processed through an encrypted, secure payment system for your protection. If you think you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before it is dispatched.
