Zoomed product image

This acoustic liner is a high-quality acoustic memory foam designed for automotive interiors. The 15mm acoustic foam is an open-cell material offering durability and excellent sound-absorbing qualities, with a self-adhesive layer for simple "peel-and-stick" application.

This product is designed to absorb and reduce unwanted medium to high-frequency noise and improve the acoustics in your vehicle. It is also excellent at improving the door environment for a speaker upgrade.

The super-soft and flexible memory foam construction allows the sheet to sit between trim panels. This helps reduce rattles and squeaks while also making it easier to fit in tight areas behind door cards and roof linings. The foam will restore its shape even after heavy compression.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about sound deadening

How much sound deadening material do I need?
Coverage depends on your vehicle and goals. For basic noise reduction, cover 25-40% of each panel. For maximum results (audio builds, full insulation), aim for 60-80% coverage. Our team can advise on exact quantities for your vehicle — just get in touch.
Can I install sound deadening myself?
Absolutely. All our products are designed for DIY installation with peel-and-stick application. You'll need basic tools — a roller, utility knife, and clean surface. Most door panels take 30-60 minutes. We include installation tips with every order.
What's the difference between CLD, CCF and MLV?
CLD (Constrained Layer Damping) mats reduce vibration and panel resonance — the foundation layer. CCF (Closed Cell Foam) blocks airborne noise and adds thermal insulation. MLV (Mass Loaded Vinyl) is a dense barrier that blocks sound transmission. For best results, use all three in layers.
Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer competitive pricing for trade customers, van conversion businesses, and bulk buyers. Contact us with your requirements for a custom quote. Bundle deals are also available on our website.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, transit typically takes a further 2-4 working days. Total delivery time is usually 3-6 working days from when you place your order. Delivery is a flat £9.99 to any UK address. We ship nationwide across the UK.
Can I return products if they're not suitable?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy on any order, for any reason, and you may open and inspect it first. Please contact our team to arrange a return. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Items cut to your specification are non-returnable unless faulty.
