This premium insulation quilt is an itch-free, sustainable 35mm quilt manufactured from recycled plastic. It has been carefully selected to offer value for money and cover the key aspects of van building, while being easy to install and maintaining high-quality standards.
The quilt provides a safe, sustainable, and cost-effective way to insulate your camper van. It contains 100% recycled polyester and is made almost entirely from recycled plastic. This insulation is suitable for all vehicle applications, is non-irritant, and requires no protective clothing when installing. It will not absorb moisture in high-humidity conditions and does not support mould growth.
The quilt can be cut using a straight edge and a utility knife, or simply torn apart. It is long-lasting and safe to handle, allowing for insulation between camper van panels or simply laid on top of existing van insulation to improve overall insulation performance.
For best performance, use the quilt on top of a suitable base layer.

- Work at room temperature (15°C+) for best adhesion
- Have a roller and utility knife ready
Application Steps
- Step 1: Measure and cut the material to size
- Step 2: Peel back the release paper
- Step 3: Press firmly onto the clean surface
- Step 4: Use a roller to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full contact
- Step 5: For CLD mats, overlap edges slightly for complete coverage

- For CLD mats: 60-80% coverage gives 95% of the benefit
- Focus on the centre of large flat panels
- Apply CLD first, then CCF/MLV, then acoustic foam
- Use a heat gun in cold conditions to improve adhesion
