This premium campervan kit is designed to transform your van's interior into a more comfortable and quiet space. With an upgrade to high-performance 10mm liner and 2mm deadening, this kit has been developed in collaboration with leading van conversion experts.

Many campervan projects start with limited luxury, but the rear cabin area can be significantly enhanced through effective sound deadening and insulation strategies. This kit contains all the necessary materials to treat crucial areas of a typical fully windowed campervan.

Note: Larger or non-pop-top campervans may require a medium van kit for additional coverage.

Installation Process

The installation process begins with applying the premium 2mm sound deadening mat to all single-skin steel areas, such as side panels, wheel arches, and doors, at an approximate coverage ratio of 50%. This is a peel-and-stick application, and a typical campervan will require one bulk pack (3.7 sq.m) of sound deadening for these sections.

After the sound deadening layer is installed, a secondary layer of high-performance insulation liner is added to the sides and floor/roof. This layer helps regulate the interior temperature, keeping the van cooler in summer and warmer in winter. The dense closed-cell foam layer works in synergy with the sound deadening layer to enhance soundproofing.
